Refund and return policy
Returns within 30 days, refunds to your original payment method, and shipping rates.

Our refund policy in short: unused physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price to your original payment method. Gift cards and delivered digital codes are final sale. This notice is posted under New York General Business Law section 218-a.
Returns
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@retailmarketshop.com or +1 585-454-4552 with your order number (it starts with RMS-).
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories.
- For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items (supplements, skin care, eye patches, scalp brushes) and opened pet wipes can only be returned if faulty.
- We send you return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items to our Rochester office without a return authorization.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item was faulty or we made a mistake.
Return shipping
If the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, we pay for return shipping. Otherwise return shipping is your cost, and we recommend a tracked service.
Damaged or faulty items
Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging and we will replace or refund it. Manufacturer warranties apply after the return period where offered.
Digital products
Gift cards, software and language subscriptions, and activation codes are final sale once the code has been emailed. If a code does not work, contact us and we will work with the issuer to fix it or refund you.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order free of charge before payment is completed, or before a paid order ships, by calling or emailing us.

- Orders are dispatched from our partner warehouse within one business day of payment (Monday to Friday, Eastern Time).
- We ship to all 50 states. Fire extinguishing products and items containing batteries may be limited to ground shipping.
- Winter storms can delay carriers across upstate New York. We will email you if your parcel is held up.
